The Executive Assessment Package guides the journey of the executive’s self-improvement with strategic self-awareness. It consists of three parts that integrate seamlessly. This programme requires an organisation’s investment of £997.

  1. HOGAN Leadership Forecast Series: Grounded in more than four decades of validated research, Hogan assessments were the first to scientifically measure personality for business. It consists of three unique assessments and four reports.
    1. The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best.
    2. The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality; qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail the executive’s chances of success.
    3. The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what the executive desires and strives to attain.
    4. Summary Report: This is the results-based overview of the executive’s strengths, values, and challenges.
  2. High Potential Assessment: This diagnostic offers a prediction of potential performance implications associated with the executive’s HOGAN Results. It provides a visual overview of 4 domains and sub-domains:
    1. Business: Strategic Reasoning, Tactical Problem Solving and Operational Excellence
    2. Leadership: Results Orientation and Talent Development
    3. Interpersonal: Respect for People and Collaboration
    4. Intrapersonal: Strategic Self-Awareness, Tenacity and Judgement
  3. Executive Transition Challenges Assessment: Most moves to new executive roles involve multiple types of transitions occurring at the same time. The more types of transitions the executive is experiencing simultaneously, the greater the overall challenge. This tool will be diagnosing the upcoming transition challenges as well as measuring to confidence levels of the executive dealing with the same.

The combination of these integrated assessments will provide an immensely powerful roadmap both to the executive and to their organisation to de-risk the upcoming transition and decrease time-to-productivity.
