Ben Dugan

Ben heads up the Executive Search practice for the Financial Services & Technology vertical based in London & New York. Ben focuses on identifying and appointing senior C-Level/minus 1 executives, (CEO, COO, CSO, CTO, CRO, CISO, CCO, CPO, CIO…) SVP, VP, NED’s and Advisors (senior advisors/deal & industry) across our Financial Services & Technology clients in North America and Europe. Ben works directly with Private Equity and Venture Capital platforms, supporting their portfolio companies’ executive hires through series round, mid-cap and LBO.

Ben is one of the founding members of the Executive Search team and will support the buildout and development across new verticals and markets.

Outside of work you will find him training and competing in Hyrox, in a boutique coffee shop or spending time with family and friends.
